Where Seniors Come First

 Love Thy Neighbor Cares empowers seniors in and around Philadelphia to remain active, valued pillars of their families and communities. We provide compassionate supplemental care, create opportunities for meaningful intergenerational connection, and work to prevent elder fraud—helping seniors thrive with dignity, security, and belonging.

Love Thy Neighbor Cares (LTNC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting senior citizens who fall into the financial “gray area”—those who do not qualify for government waivers yet cannot fully afford private-pay home care.

Our mission is to bridge the gap by providing compassionate assistance and companionship to seniors through the help of dedicated youth volunteers, ages 13–17. These intergenerational connections not only ease daily living activities but also foster meaningful relationships that enrich both seniors and young volunteers.

At the heart of our work is a commitment to prevent elder fraud by ensuring seniors have trusted support, advocacy, and a caring presence in their lives. 

 LTNC offers financial care assistance, personalized, non-medical, and home health support services including companion care, grocery shopping, housekeeping, laundry, transportation, and more.
